• Product information/Identity Statement – This identifies your product and defines its purpose. Will it serve as oil, dietary supplement, etc.?
• Net quantity of contents – This gives your consumers information regarding how much of the product is in the bottle/package.
• Ingredient statement – Business owners are expected to make an ingredient list for everything they used in making the product.
• Responsibility statement – This part of the label states the company’s name, address, phone number, and product development details like where the products were tested.
• Nutrition labeling – This contains required information about a product’s nutrient content.

You also want to make sure your supplier is actually licensed to grow and produce CBD. If they’re not licensed, you’ll face the risk of your supplier getting shut down and some legal troubles of our own.
If your supplier gets shut down, it renders you helpless on revenue and order fulfillment. You will either get backed up on orders or be forced to shut your business down, at least temporarily.

Apart from this, you must consider the outside temperature while shipping the products. Most CBD products do not get affected during the cold season, as it can be thawed and used. But some products are not resistant to heat, in that case, it might break down before it reaches the customer. If your product is sensitive to humidity, then packing silica gel in the box might help.
